About Me
My name is Deborah Flipse, and I am a 20-year-old eventer born and raised in Colorado. Horses have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, shaping my experiences and inspiring a lifelong curiosity about how they move, communicate, and thrive.
My interest in equine massage developed through my own horses. After experiencing bodywork firsthand and seeing the positive changes it could provide, I became passionate about learning more and finding ways to support horses through individualized care.
I graduated from Equine Kneads Academy and began my professional journey with Red Wing Equine Massage. I strive to provide thoughtful, individualized bodywork while continuing to build my knowledge and experience within the equine industry.
For me, this work is an opportunity to combine my passion for horses with my commitment to their comfort and well-being—and to give back to the animals that have given me so much.
The Face of It All
Red Wing, better known as Falcon, is more than just my personal eventer—he is a huge piece of who I am.
I purchased Falcon when I was 14 years old, fresh off the racetrack. Together, we began our journey into the eventing world. Looking back, we were two clueless kids trying to figure things out together—and maybe, in some ways, we still are. But through every challenge, lesson, and new chapter, Falcon showed up for me in ways no one else could.
Falcon has been by my side through nearly every stage of my life and has shaped me in more ways than I could have ever imagined. There were times when he was all I had, and he became my motivation to keep moving forward. He gave me a reason to continue pursuing the sport I love and my education for equine massage. He was there through countless late-night study sessions, school assignments, and some of life’s most challenging moments. From the first moment I saw him, I knew there was something special about Red Wing, and I will forever thank God for my remarkable friend.
I will never truly be able to thank him enough for everything he has given me. That is why I am so honored to have Falcon as the face of my business. So much of who I am and what has led me to this point is because of him. His story is woven into mine, and we are still writing it together.
